Our Proactive IT Support Contract includes our Standard Support Contract package plus a number of enhanced services enabling us to deliver the ultimate proactive Support package to your business.
Our Standard Support Contract is upgraded to include around the clock proactive
system monitoring and daily off site remote backup, safegaurding your critical
data and helping to ensure that your system is fully operational at all times.
We also include daily weekly and monthly housekeeping tasks and system checks, as well as committing to visit your premisis monthly to carry out any low priority activities. A monthly service review is also carried out to ensure that you are getting the most from your IT system, and to discuss any new technologies which your business may benefit from. A 24 hour call out facility is also provided, enabling us to assist you at all times, particularly if your business operates around the clock
Our simple billing structure makes it easy to fix your IT
support costs on a per user basis, and our personal service means that when
possible we'll allocate the same technician, helping to establish a healthy and
