We enjoy considerable peace of mind thanks to both the remote systems monitoring service and remote offsite back-up service which we take advantage of, with regard to Bluemoon’s integrity and reliability, I can confirm that we have Bluemoon as authorised key holders, and they are authorised to attend site unaccompanied to carry out any emergency systems maintenance should that prove necessary, (not needed so far).
