Using our example of being able to email out a Sales Invoice, there are 4 steps we need to take to allow us to email out Sales Invoices to our customers.

• Configure the Core Sage Email options
• Configure the Email settings within the actual Sage Layout
• Configure Sage with the correct Layout to use when using “Quick Email”
• Ensure that Customer Records have email addresses
