Richard began his IT career at the age of 17 back in 1998, and has worked in the industry ever since. During this time Richard has worked with some big household names such as Iceland and Daimler Chrysler in both technical and leadership roles.
Richard has strong problem solving and customer facing skills, with a motivation to do “whatever it takes” to deliver on time, on budget. Drawing on 20 years of technical, customer facing, and IT best practise training and experience.
Richard loves his gadgets – if it has to be charged up to use, its usually of interest! Richard also likes to get away from it all, preferably somewhere very hot or a long way away from home, provided there is WiFi! Richard is also a keen F1 motor racing fan and has attended several Grand Prix in various locations in Europe and the USA.
Sean originally started out as a qualified accountant and made the very wise and more interesting decision to progress into IT support. Sean has worked in the industry for over 20 years and has managed IT projects involving some big household names such as The Daily Mail, Group 4 and Barclays.
Sean loves Coffee and doesn’t really get much done without it (a good tip for all our clients). He likes to sit by the lake with his fishing rods, ready to catch the next big fish.
Michaela is our newest member of the team working in administration, and we are looking forward to her whipping us into shape, keeping us organised, and generally keeping the office running like a well oiled machine!
Michaela enjoys socialising with friends in her spare time and going for long walks when having a more chilled weekend.
Michaela loves the sun (preferably abroad) but as long as there’s sea and sand, she’s in her element.
Nathan may seem familiar, and you would be right to recognise him. Nathan worked with us for 5 years until relocating to Gloucestershire in 2017. Having worked for a number of IT and Cyber Security companies since, he rejoined the team in 2021 to report “nobody does IT better”.
Nathan likes anything with a motor, or that makes lots of noise, with 2 or 4 wheels. Coffee and tea that looks strong enough that it should be used to repair roads. Nathan doesn’t like being hungry, or going slow.
Rowan has accumulated a vast amount of IT experience in his 9+ years in the industry. He has an exceptional eye for detail and is always willing to get stuck in and resolve IT issues, even when that means going above and beyond the call of duty and working unsociable hours.
Aside from drinking coffee by the bucket (even if it is stone cold!), Rowan can often be found spending time with his wife and little girl, or mixing his own music.

Richard started working with computers over twenty five years ago which accounts for both his depth of knowledge and his declining years! Richard is a techie at heart, but has previously worked as a senior manager in some of the largest IT outsourcing companies in the UK.
Richard loves the sun, the beach and the good weather. Richard shares Fozzie’s unhealthy interest in all things gadgetry and hates the rain and cold.
Callum started his career with BlueMoon at 18 and is developing into an all round exceptional engineer after successfully completing his IT Apprenticeship, and now with 6+ years experience under his belt. Callum has recently left home and become a fully grown adult, it has been fantastic to see him grow and mature over the last few years.
He likes good food and speaks highly of his mums cooking although he dislikes potatoes, but loves chips (We have not quite worked that one out yet).
Greg is our youngest member of the team, with an enthusiastic approach to IT and a thirst for knowledge. Customer service is a strong suit and he is always happy to chat. Greg has learned a lot already having been with us since 2019, but there is always more to learn!
Greg enjoys using his spare time watching movies and playing video games. After recently moving into his own house, DIY has joined the list of things to do!
Luke has been working with computers from a young age and over the years has gained a vast amount of experience in different roles & technologies. Luke joined the team in 2022 and has already learned a lot about Office 365 and is keen to learn.
Luke enjoys travelling, spending time with his girlfriend and has a keen interest in programming, open source software and tinkering with hardware.
