Standard Hourly Rates
The following applies to any Ad Hoc / Pay As You Go, or Project consultancy carried out by us.
On Site Support: £90 per hour (minimum 1 hour charge)
Remote Support: £80 per hour
Out of Hours / Emergency Upgrade / Non Contract Rates
The following rate applies to any Ad Hoc / Pay As You Go, or Project consultancy outside of normal working hours (0800-1730 Monday – Friday)
On Site Support: £135 per hour (minimum 1 hour charge)
Remote Support: £120 per hour
Emergency Upgrade: £135 per hour
Other Charges
Insurance / Cyber Security Assessment Forms: £120
Device re-onboarding Fee: £60
Exit Fees
The following exit fees are applicable for services that are being ported away from Bluemoon Solutions. This is a non exhaustive list, and prices are accurate at the time of publication but are subject to change.

Domain Transfer Out: £20 per domain
Connectivity:
ADSL/vDSL Broadband Termination: £20 per connection
SOGEA Broadband Termination: £49 per connection
Leased Line / Direct Internet Access Non Hardware Return: Invoiced on a case by case basis.
VoIP
Single Number Porting Request: £2.50 per number
Multiline/Range Port: £25
VoIP Phone Auto Provision Release: £12 per device
