Dom joined us in 2024 and has been a valuable part of our team ever since. Known for his dedication to great customer service, he always goes above and beyond to resolve issues efficiently and ensure clients get the best possible experience.

Introducing Gracie, the paws-itively awesome Dalmatian at the heart of our team, with her spots as unique as our solutions! Her claim to fame is once eating a whole chocolate pavlova. Other expensive vet bills, due to unauthorised snacks, include consuming a firelighter and a tennis ball.

Luke has been working with computers from a young age and over the years has gained a vast amount of IT experience. He joined the team in 2022 and has focussed on building his Microsoft 365 Cloud knowledge, to the benefit of the team and customers alike.

Greg has been with us since 2019 and is our number one problem solver – he always aims for a super speedy resolution to any IT issues. He’s one of the liveliest members of the team, with impeccable customer service skills and an enthusiastic approach (loves a chat).

Callum joined us at the age of 18 on an IT Apprenticeship. Since completing his apprenticeship, he has developed into a great all-round IT expert, with over six years of experience under his belt.

Rowan has accumulated a vast amount of IT experience in his twelve plus years in the industry. He has an exceptional eye for detail and is always willing to get stuck in and resolve IT issues, going above and beyond to help our customers.

Nathan is a Bluemoon Solutions alumni, who worked for the business for five years, until relocating to Gloucestershire in 2017. Having worked for a number of IT and Cyber Security companies since, he rejoined the team in 2021 to report “nobody does IT better”.

In her role as Administrator, Michaela whips the team into shape, keeping everyone organised and generally making sure the office is running like a well-oiled machine. Michaela is becoming more technical by the day and enjoys getting involved with customer queries.

Sean began his working life as a qualified accountant, making the move into IT support some 25 years ago. Sean has managed multiple technical and infrastructure IT projects for some large corporations – The Daily Mail, G4S and Barclays, to name a few.

Sean has excellent project scoping and management skills, having the ability to plan projects at a very detailed level. He’s also passionate about maintaining our own certifications, both quality management and information security systems.

Richard began his IT career at 17 and has worked in the industry ever since. During this time Richard has worked with some big household names such as Iceland and Daimler Chrysler, in both technical and leadership roles.

Richard has strong problem solving and customer facing skills, with a motivation to do whatever it takes to deliver on time and on budget – drawing on his 20 plus years’ experience of technical problem solving and IT best practice.
