The Holiday Inn Corby, is a vibrant 110-roomed hotel with an 18-hole adventure golf course, high ropes with zip wire and axe throwing. They’re a long standing Bluemoon IT Solutions customer, having been with us since 2014.
Problem
The rapidly changing landscape of IT, particularly in cyber security, required expertise that the hotel staff lacked. Establishing an in-house IT department within the Holiday Inn was not a cost-effective solution.
Solution
With customer service being paramount, the hotel needs their IT systems to work flawlessly and around the clock, therefore benefits from our 24/7 monitoring and support and super speedy response times.
As well as several large IT infrastructure projects, most recently installing a Cloud solution in 2023, we source and install all their IT equipment, and help manage the relationship with a third-party supplier (Oracle) who provide the hotel’s PMS system.
We also hold regular review meetings, during which we’ve devised an IT strategy that continues to maximise reliability and productivity to keep their operation running smoothly.
