REMOTE
This package offers fully managed IT support on a remote basis. You’ll get a guaranteed response within eight hours, and a monthly fixed-fee billing structure allowing you to easily manage costs on a per-user basis. We assign the same technician whenever possible, creating a friendly long-term relationship with every client. Enhanced security measures include regular updates, antivirus and patch management.
ENHANCED
You’ll receive around-the-clock system monitoring, daily back-up monitoring, as well as regular housekeeping and system checks. You’ll also get on-site support and a guaranteed response time of two hours for critical issues. We offer 24/7 remote monitoring, free hardware set ups and a discounted hourly rate for non-support projects. You’ll have access to an experienced account manager, detailed reports and an annual review.
PREMIUM
We recommend Premium to any organisation with a mission critical IT infrastructure, who rely on system performance, reliability, and security. You’ll get all the benefits of Remote and Enhanced, along with an even faster response time of just 30 minutes for anything critical. You’ll get the highest level of cyber security and staff training courses, along with a dedicated account manager. You’ll also receive a discount on hardware and software.

What is included in an IT support package?
Our IT support packages bundle proactive monitoring, helpdesk access, security and patch management into a single fixed monthly fee. The exact inclusions depend on the tier you choose. Our Remote plan covers remote monitoring and support, antivirus, asset management and patch management during helpdesk hours (08:00-17:30). Our Enhanced plan adds on-site support, a dedicated account manager, KPI reporting, staff and security awareness training, endpoint detection & response, free hardware installation and discounted project fees. Our Premium plan includes everything in Enhanced plus 24/7 support and web content filtering for organisations with mission-critical infrastructure.
How much does managed IT support cost?
Managed IT support is priced per user, per month and varies with the tier you select, the size of your business, and the complexity of your infrastructure. Because every organisation has a different mix of users, servers, cloud services and security requirements, we provide tailored quotes rather than a fixed list price. Do you offer 24/7 IT support?
Yes. 24/7 IT support is included as standard with our Premium plan, which is designed for businesses running mission-critical IT infrastructure. Premium customers benefit from a maximum 2-hour response time on standard issues and a 30-minute response time on critical incidents, at any hour of the day. Our Remote and Enhanced plans operate during helpdesk hours of 08:00-17:30 Monday to Friday.

BlueMoon Solutions is based in Wollaston, Northamptonshire, and we provide on-site IT support across the East Midlands and surrounding counties. Our core coverage includes Northampton, Wellingborough, Kettering, Milton Keynes, Bedford, Peterborough, Leicester, Gloucester and Cheltenham, plus the surrounding towns and villages. Remote support is delivered nationwide.
Can you support remote workers?
Yes. All three of our support packages include remote monitoring and remote helpdesk support, which means we can assist your staff wherever they work, whether in the office, at home, or on the move. We also deploy and manage Microsoft 365 and cloud-based solutions that give distributed teams secure access to files, email and business applications from any location. Endpoint detection & response (included with Enhanced and Premium) protects remote devices that sit outside your office network.
What are the contract terms for your IT support packages?
Our IT support packages are delivered on a fixed monthly fee per user, with contract terms agreed up front as part of your tailored quote. We work with each client to set a term that fits their business, after which support continues on a rolling basis with reasonable notice. There are no hidden lock-ins or surprise charges, and any add-on project work (such as hardware installation, migrations or strategic projects) is quoted separately and discounted for Enhanced and Premium customers.
What is the difference between your support tiers?
The three tiers differ in response speed, on-site coverage, account management and advanced security features. Remote is our entry-level plan, offering remote-only support with an 8-hour response time, ideal for businesses that want predictable IT costs. Enhanced adds on-site visits, a dedicated account manager, annual strategic reviews, staff training and endpoint detection & response, with a 4-hour standard response and 2-hour critical response. Premium builds on Enhanced with full 24/7 cover, bi-annual strategic reviews, web content filtering, a 2-hour standard response and a 30-minute critical response. A quick summary: Remote controls costs, Enhanced is proactively managed, Premium is mission-critical.
