PDS, a print, design and sourcing partner, face IT infrastructure challenges. There was a lack of strategic IT management, and team members were spending excessive time on IT problems.
Problem
We were employed to manage and enhance their IT infrastructure – which includes a 50,000 square foot warehouse – to improve employee confidence when logging any helpdesk issues and to take a strategic approach, aligned to their exciting growth plans.
Solution
During the initial planning meetings, we discovered that the PDS team were spending too much time on IT issues, so that was one of the first things we wanted to address, with two clear objectives. Firstly, allowing PDS employees to resume their core roles. Secondly, to reassure the entire PDS team that we have the capability to respond to their issues quickly and efficiently.
The onboarding process was ‘seamless’ with a big focus on connectivity for the recent warehouse expansion, a sprawling 50,000 square foot space. By leveraging our expertise, we were able to ensure operational efficiency – also facilitating exemplary service levels for PDS’ customers.
