Enhanced responds within 4 hours on standard issues and 2 hours on critical incidents, and Premium within 2 hours on standard issues and 30 minutes on critical ones. The helpdesk is staffed between 08:00 and 17:30 on weekdays, and Premium clients are covered 24 hours a day.
Can we switch to you from our current IT provider without disruption?
Yes. Every switch begins with a review of your systems, workflows and risks, and we deliver support from day one while the handover from your previous provider completes.
