Cloud works by hosting all of your documents, emails and applications in a secure Data Centre, as opposed to storing this information on your local PC’s or a server in the office.

Where will my information be stored?

Your information is stored in purpose built Data Centre facility based in Northampton. You are welcome to take a tour of the facility so that you can be confident that your data is safe and secure.

How secure and reliable is cloud?

In short, very! The Data Centre facility is a purpose built environment to host your data, which is far more resilient and secure than storing your data within your own premises. The facility is protected by CCTV and access control throughout, as well as 24*7*365 security teams. In addition the facility boasts multiple resilient connections to the Internet and mains power grid, along with backup generators on site, IG55 fire suppressant systems and a temperature controlled environment. Anti Virus and Anti Spam filtering are also included so your information is always kept safe.

What are the benefits of moving to a cloud based solution?

We can provide software such as Microsoft Office, Exchange mailboxes and Sage software such as Sage Accounts, Sage Payroll and Sage ACT. However you may have already purchased this software, or wish to use your own third party software packages. This is not a problem and most software is compatible with cloud. Just let us know what your requirements are.

What happens when new software versions are released in future?

We’ll upgrade you automatically as and when new software versions are released, and at no additional cost if we have provided the software for you originally.

Is technical support included?

Unlimited technical support for the cloud environment is included at no additional cost.

Is my data backed up?

Yes, all of your data is backed up and checked automatically each night, and we retain daily, weekly and monthly backups to ensure your data is protected at all times.

Is my PC compatible with cloud?

In most cases yes, cloud is compatible with any PC running Windows 7, 8 and 10. It is also compatible with MAC OS and tablets such as the iPad. You can even access the system via your smart phone.

Can I use my smart phone to access my emails?

Yes most smart phones are compatible and you are able to synchronise your emails, contacts and calendar so that any changes made on your PC or smart phone will be synchronised.

Is there a demo of the system that I can try?

Yes, just contact us and we’ll arrange access to a demo system for you to test.

How much does the system cost?

The cost is based on the number of users and what software applications are required, therefore we tailor each quotation to your specific needs.
