Need peace of mind? Consider our popular Remote support contract. It is not only a cost effective way to manage your IT expenditure with the monthly fixed fee but also provides you with access to skilled IT professionals when required, with exceptionally fast response times.

Each Remote support contract includes support via telephone, remote access or an on site engineer as and when required. We’ll also include a scheduled quarterly visit for lower priority issues. As part of each quarterly visit, we take the time to meet with you and review the service that has been provided in the previous quarter, discuss any upcoming business IT requirements you may have, and make you aware of the latest technologies available which may be of benefit to your business.

Our simple billing structure makes it easy to fix your IT support costs on a per user basis, and our personal service means that when possible we’ll allocate the same technician, helping to establish a healthy and long term relationship with you.

Our Remote package includes everything that you get in our Essentials Package.

Our Remote package includes remote support and telephone support, where it was chargeable on the Essentials package. We also give you a guarantee of response time with a maximum of 8 hours a support response.

This package has a big step-up when it comes to managing your security. There are security measure that we take to each device such as username and password account policies, which will protect your accounts against unauthorised access. Content and software restrictions will be added to all of your systems. We will also manage the rules of your firewall and the event logs.
