Each premium support contract includes support via telephone, remote access or an on site engineer as and when required. We’ll also include a scheduled quarterly visit for lower priority issues. As part of each quarterly visit, we take the time to meet with you and review the service that has been provided in the previous quarter, discuss any upcoming business IT requirements you may have, and make you aware of the latest technologies available which may be of benefit to your business.
