Our Enhanced IT Support Contract includes all the features of our Remote package PLUS a number of enhanced services enabling us to deliver the ultimate proactive IT support service to your business.
It’s upgraded to include around the clock proactive system monitoring, daily off site remote backup, daily weekly and monthly housekeeping tasks and system checks, and monthly visits to carry out any low priority activities. A monthly service review is also carried out to ensure that you are getting the most from your IT system.
A 24 hour call out facility is also provided, enabling us to assist you at all times, particularly if your business operates around the clock.
