Service Overview
What do I get on the Essential Package?
With out Essentials support package, you will get some services included and some that will cost extra monthly amounts. You will get pre-installation of support tools with remote monitoring of applications from 08:00 and 17:30 Mon – Fri.
You will receive monthly or weekly invoices for all services that you have used with a full breakdown of activities. You will also receive a monthly status report detailing your IT environment security.
There are many different programs and software that we can deploy on your devices to ensure they are all running a secure, up to date version. All devices will also be deployed with an antivirus with ongoing monitoring and updates.
